Annegret Kuhn is a specialized physician with over 30 years of experience in academic medicine and is Professor of Dermatology and Venereology at the University of Münster, Germany. She is also affiliated with the University of Passau and serves as Visiting Professor at the Amsterdam Medical Center, Netherlands. After earning her medical degree, specialist training, and Habilitation at the University of Düsseldorf, she received the Lise-Meitner Fellowship and the Heisenberg Fellowship, conducting research at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine and the German Cancer Research Center.
As Medical Director of Hospital Passau, she contributed to the development of the Medical Campus of Lower Bavaria and established the master’s program “Innovative Strategies in Healthcare” at the University of Passau. Her research focuses on clinical and translational immunology, especially autoimmune skin diseases. In 2024, she founded SALBULATORIUM GmbH, a digital healthcare start-up in Austria, and mentors early-stage ventures in health-tech and digital medicine as a business angel.
Annegret Kuhn has extensive mentoring experience, supporting young professionals, researchers, and healthcare leaders in academic, clinical, and entrepreneurial careers, and conducting workshops on leadership and strategic communication.
