Mentoring Program

DigiCare Innovation Mentoring Program

The DigiCare Innovation Mentoring Program connects motivated students, researchers, and professionals with experienced mentors from academia, industry, and healthcare. Over a period of six months, mentees receive tailored support to advance their ideas, develop new skills, and strengthen their position in the international digital health landscape.

Our mentors bring expertise from universities, start-ups, clinical practice, and healthcare organizations, offering real-world insights and guidance on innovation, research, and entrepreneurship. Together, mentors and mentees work on individual goals—whether developing a new digital solution, exploring a research career, or driving innovation within an organization.

The program is designed to foster diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities. We actively encourage applications from underrepresented groups and ensure accessible mentoring formats for participants with special needs. Diversity of perspectives is a key driver of meaningful healthcare innovation.
